                                  1. Business web sites are welcome to use our clip art after purchase. BUT credit must be given to Ginter's Web Design on each web page a graphic is used. 

2. All Graphics and Clip Art are copyrighted by
Ginter's Web Design with all rights reserved.
Do not claim my graphics as your own.
Do not change my graphics and call them your own.
Do not take my graphic and add it to your graphic collection.
You are free to use my graphics on tags, price stickers or stationary as long as
credit is given to Ginter's Web Design.

                                         3. Free graphics are free to use on your web pages. If you are hosting a page with many types of                               graphics and offering them to other's for downloading- DON't, please just give my url for them to come
and choose their own free graphics.

4. Do not change my .gif graphics at all. If you need the graphics a different color or anything
                         else changed, please email me, and I will try to help you out. Printable Graphics in .wmf format  available     that you can resize and color and re-color for Printing Uses, but .gif web graphics must not be altered.

                        7. Do not create another graphic out of them. Do not make a banner, logo, navigation buttons or an award any other graphic out of them. The only exception is when I offer blank buttons  with one of my free sets, you may add your own text to them.

                          8. I do take orders for banners, logos, awards, or any other graphics you would like created or customized for you. Just email me and we'll discuss what you would like and how much it will cost. 

                               9. Ginter's Web Design Images are NOT allowed to be used to create any type of Scrapbook Supplies TO BE SOLD. You may use them all you want for your own personal scrapbooks and family and friend's scrapbooks. 

                           10. Ginter's Web Design Images are NOT allowed to be used to make Auction templates or Web Sets that
you would sell to others. You may, once you have purchased my artwork, use my graphics
on your own auction pages and web sets as long as you place a my logo graphic on each page.
